Bit Rebels

by e_D_D_y
In the beginning of 2009 Richard Darell (founder of the highly successful design blog Minervity.com) conceived the idea for a blog entirely focused around fun, on the edge and relevant subjects. In May 2009 Richard started developing the idea further and not long into the planning process Richard was joined by the talented blogger Misty Belardo. She showed tireless dedication and inspiration for the project and the two started working on the realisation of the concept BitRebels.com. The basic idea is to present a unique view on relevant subjects and make them eye catching in all its simplicity. The short yet striking blog posts are meant to make you think. They are meant to give you that second perspective on things that you might have missed if it wasn’t for BitRebels.com.

The Awesomer

by e_D_D_y
The Awesomer is a daily blog filled with awesome stuff for guys*. Initially conceptualized as a technology shopping blog, it’s now more or less a massive repository for whatever we find interesting. We’re like that closet that you throw everything into, albeit a bit more organized, and minus the ratty tee you’ve worn since freshman year. In short, The Awesomer samples a bit of everything–from gadgets to news, from clothing to video games. The more interesting/funky/goofy, the better.

Wii Mania (for the rest of you) « Monkey vs Mortimer

by cryogenius (via)
The Wii definitely skews to a different, less technical savvy audience than most video game systems, and as such it’s new to video game fans may feel at a loss when looking for info on the system. Reviews written by “professional” video game websites will not be written with you in mind. This is why Squidoo is amazing and Thefluffanutta has tapped into a huge void and filled it with some great info.
