Grâce à sa gratuité et ses nombreuses fonctionnalités, Google Analytics est de plus en plus utilisé. En plus des articles sur GA et des discussions sur le forum, j'ai constaté avec mon centre de formation Ranking Metrics un intérêt croissant pour les web analytics. Google Local Lures Small Businesses With Their Own Web Dashboard

Google wants more small businesses to claim their listing profiles on Google Local (which is basically listings that pop up in Google Maps and local search results). To entice them, starting tomorrow it will give local businesses in the real world with physical addresses a free dashboard akin to what Websites get for free with Google Analytics (see screenshot above).

Cette interface de programmation permet l'export des données, et ainsi le développement d'applications où les internautes pourront consulter leur statistiques sur d'autres supports, avec de nouvelles représentations.

This feature is a translation of the current Google Analytics tracking code into the ActionScript 3 programming language that dramatically simplifies the ability to track Flash, Flex and AS3 content. This new Flash tracking code provides all the rich features of the current JavaScript-based version, including campaign, pageview and event tracking and can be used to track Flash content such as embedded videos, branded microsites and distributed widgets, such as online games.

Principale nouveauté, l'importation dans Google Analytics des données de Google AdSense. Cela devra toutefois être validé explicitement par l'utilisateur en cliquant sur un lien présent dans AdSense. Malheureusement, ceci n'est disponible que pour les heureux chanceux ayant accès la "béta privée".
